An official guide or enabled of a city or region, is a person that has a licence of the local Administration to exert of tourist guide in the determinate territory.

A visit or private excursion, is a tour where will have an exclusive Guide for you and the people that accompany them  (family, friends, mates…). We adapt the tour to the participants, to his preferences, to his tastes and also to his ages, in the case to travel with boys or main people.

The ideal is that the group, do not surpass the 6 people, but also work with main groups.

We can begin our tour, where you prefer.

We can remain in a near point to the place that go to visit or can collect them in his accommodation in Barcelona.

In case to lodge out of the city, also can go to collect them if they wish it, but will apply him a supplement by the scrolling to the meeting point.

We adapt us to his schedules, although it always will depend of the tour that go to make, of the distances, of the schedules of access to the monuments, museums or places to visit. 
 
We recommend that the visits to Barcelona in the morning initiate among 9.30 or 10.00 and  in the afternoon among the 14.30 or 15.00.
In the case of excursions out of the city, will depend the distance and the itinerary chosen.

If once established the schedule of home of the tour, needs to change it, is very important that inform us what before. The changes of schedule sometimes are difficult, especially if have entrances bought to monuments with schedule of access prefixed.

The punctuality is important, if has some hang-up that delay him or prevent him do the tour, would appreciate him that it warn us and would try to fix it. If the client does not inform and is not in the meeting point to the hour, the guide will expect 30 minutes, from then will consider that it renounces to the tour, without right to the change neither to the return of the amount of the visit.

Our basic service, includes:

• Service of Guide enabled by the Generalitat of Catalonia, in the language requested. The service of guide does not include transport. In our country, by security of the client, does not exist the figure of guide-conductive.
• Organisation and management of entrances, for the realisation of the tour.
• Taxes: VAT 21%

Other ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Transport: Some of our excursions need transport to be able to make. If you does not have of transport, the distances can do them in public transport, if it exists combination, or with private transport with a professional driver.
In case to need a private transport, can offer him some companies of confidence that adapt to his needs.

Lunches: If it wishes it, we can include in our tours the breakfast, the dinner or any another type of consumption or drunk. In the case that prefer to have the free lunches, our guide will be able to orient him on the restaurants of the zone.

Activities: Any another type of service no included in the anterior points.

To reserve our services, fill the form of contact with all his data.

If our proposals of the web, do not adapt to what you wishes, detail all what needs, his tastes, interests, if it travels with boys and  also the length of his stay. We will design him a tour to his measure and will send him an estimate.

Once accepted the estimate and to guarantee his visit, will have to make an initial payment of 10% of the total. In case to have entrances in monuments also would have to credit with the initial payment, since they have to buy and pay by anticipated. 

The total payment will have to be made at least 14 days before the date of the service.

The payment will be able to make it by transfer to a banking account that will facilitate him or by Paypal.

If by any motive had to cancel the reservation, would have to assume the following costs of cancellation.

• If the cancellation makes until 14 days before the first service, the costs, would cover with the initial payment of 10% of the total.
• If the cancellation produces among the 14 days and the 4 anterior days to the first service, the costs of cancellation will be 25% and him reembolsaremos 75%
• If the cancellation  makes among 4 days and 48 hours before the first service, the costs of cancellation will be 50% of the total and him reembolsaremos 50%
• If the cancellation produces in the last 48 hours of the service, or the client does not present in the place and hour of the visit the costs of cancellation will be of 100%.
• The costs by shopping of entrances, will not be refundable in no case. Since once bought do not accept neither return neither change of date.
